Customers
Since SAPRS LTD specialises in enterprise software consulting, our customers tend to be large multinationals looking for expertise to help them in either
their day-to-day support desk enquiries or in more long term strategic technical project positions.
Our customers have recently tended to be in the Pharmaceutical and
Nutrition industries, so out consultants are familiar with working in cGxP validated environments.
We provide a technical helpdesk which aims to assist those
customers who have a first-line helpdesk but who have technical queries or application queries they cannot find answers to.
We also provide more long-term consulting positions in projects
which involve a technical literacy, for example in project upgrades, Unicode conversions, platform rehostings and instance consolidations.
We provide advice and programmed solutions for interfaces and reporting.
All of our work is performed in St. Agnes, but due to our excellent
fibre-optic WAN network we can access our customers’ systems over high speed VPN connections which also allow us to login into our customers’ enterprise systems as well as videoconference and share data in
realtime. We find this enables our consultants to work well in global virtual teams and we deal with customers and their representatives in North America, South America, EMEA and APAC regions. We predominantly
work in the English language, but our consultants have worked on projects that have required Unicode conversion of systems in multiple different codepages.
When face-to-face meetings are occasionally required we have
excellent road rail and air links to the UK and beyond to meet clients in their locations.
